Before beginning this project it only knew that Athenswas the capital of Greece and a part of its culture, the Gods of the Mount Olympus. Bulgaria, Albania and Turkey make border Greece, Bulgaria to the north, Turkey to the east and Albania to the west. Greece joined the European Union in May of 1981.Greece has lakes, rivers and seas like for example the Trichonis lake, the river Aliakmon and the Mediterranean Sea. The vegetation of Greece is formed by oranges, tobacco and olives and its climate is Mediterranean. Greece has an area of 131940 square kilometers. Greece has a per capita of 19,687$.
People and Language:
The populación of Greece is about 10.500.000 inhabitants. The origin of Greece comes from the Egyptians. In Greece different languages are spoken although. One is only official, the Greek, but, there are many languages such as the Turk, the Albanian or the Italian. In Greece there have been many important people but the most important are Archimedes, Alexander the great, Socrates and Phytagoras. The Greek food is good, especially the Baklava or the Mousaka. Of four years once a celebration in the Naxos island is celebrated and is obligatory to appear on the celebration dressed like a God of the Mount Olympus. Between the adolescents there are enough problems with drugs especially with the hashish and the heroin.

One of the most important sites that you cannot be lost is the center of Athens, counts with more than 20 small stores and other 20 mega stores. Athens is a precious city and with beautiful views, the unique defect that it has the city is that she is one of the contaminated cities more of the Earth. Other cities important to visit are Attica, Loannina and Kovaria. For young people the best sites to visit are the Mount Olympus mount and the Acropolis.
Some great things to do:
One of the things that you can do in Greece is to go to fish to the Aliakmon lake is famous by its fish and beautiful landscapes. Another one of the things that you can do in Greece is to visit the different islands, to know its customs and traditions. Besides that the Mount Olympus mount can be visited where is the Acropolis and to know the culture Greek, to know everything on its old Gods, its old wars… but most important to visit in Greece they are its restaurants.
